Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We’re here to help! You can exchange or return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchanging or returning items is quick and easy:

Fill Out the Return Form:
Once you receive the return form, fill it out as clearly as possible and include it in your return package. -
Ship Your Package:
Deliver your package within 14 days of receipt to the carrier of your choice. -
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. You’ll be kept informed via email.

Are returns Free?
Returns are at the customer’s expense. As a small business, we strive to keep our prices accessible, and covering return shipping would significantly impact our ability to do so. We appreciate your understanding!
What are the return conditions?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in resale condition, with labels still attached.
We also accept returns for items purchased during a sale. Items bought on sale can be exchanged for another product, a voucher, or the purchase price.
How long does it take to exchange a product?
Once you indicate that you want to exchange a product, we will begin the process immediately, ensuring your exchange is handled quickly.
What if the exchange product is no longer available?
Contact customer service for alternatives. We will inform you when the product is available again or work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you didn't receive it, customer service will assist you.
What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
If an item is damaged during shipping or production, contact us at hello@thelynq.store with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
What if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
Please return items within the 14-day period. If you miss the window, we offer exchanges or vouchers. Contact customer service for options.
How long does a refund take?
We process returns within 10 working days of receiving your item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a notification once the process is complete. Please note, it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
